Our Story

Chicago Native 

Chesa's Bistro & Bar was founded Chef CheSa. She is also the proud owner of CheSa's Gluten Tootin Free Food Trucks. She wanted to evolve from the food truck and catering scene and transform your taste buds with a fusion of Creole and contemporary American flavors. The 1800-square-foot bar & bistro will feature a scratch-made entirely gluten-free menu.
